Our Team

Mark Pagdin

President / Broker

Mark has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and investment property world. He started managing his own investment portfolio more than 25 years ago, giving him a thorough perspective as both an owner and a property manager.

Mark previously spent 16 years as an accountant in private practice, and is keen on ensuring owners’ assets are looked after and yielding good financial returns. Known for his straight forward sound advice and “no nonsense” style, Mark is regularly asked for advice and opinions by investors prior to them making property purchases and acquisitions. Mark was one of the first people in Florida to receive the prestigious PRM (Professional Residential Manager) designation.

Graham Hardy

Director of Property Management / Realtor

Graham liaises with our international clients, who are often based in the UK and Europe. He has many years of experience in the property management field both in the USA and Europe dating back to the 1980’s.

Graham has assisted many owner transitions from short term to long term rentals in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. His unique experience is an asset for assisting absentee clients with education and understanding of running investment properties here in Florida. Thorough follow up and a high degree of detail are but a few of Graham’s highly sought after assets by clients from across the globe. Graham supervises the leasing and property management teams at THP.

Danielle Schmitt

Office Supervisor

Danielle is an enthusiastic and innovative professional with extensive experience providing administrative support. She oversees the day-to-day office operations.

Prior to her position with TrustHome Properties she served as an Administrative Support Specialist in the fields of Investment Real Estate and Education. Having worked as an administrative assistant for over 10 years she understands the level of professionalism, communication and leadership required for long term success. Danielle is also English-Spanish bilingual.

Pam Edgar

Finance Manager

Pam is TrustHome Properties longest serving employee and oversees the day-to-day financial functions of the office. With 30+ years financial management experience, Pam is very detail oriented and excels on keeping financial matters all up-to-date.

She is the main point of contact for queries of a financial nature relating to the company itself and of a corporate finance nature.

Michelle Gutierez

Leasing Admin Coordinator

Michelle has gained a wealth of experience in determining the best fit between residents and the properties we have available. Her diligence ensures residents and owners have the best experience possible during each step, from application to signing the lease to move-in.

Jocelyn Espinosa

Resident Services Coordinator

Jocelyn brings her customer service expertise and motivation to TrustHome from her experience at a major hotel chain. She ensures that all of our clients have the best experience and are completely satisfied with the service they receive.

Being bilingual in both English and Spanish, she can facilitate communication among a vast majority of our clients and our team.

Karla Arcelay-Cruz

Property Manager /Realtor

Karla has many years of experience as a residential property manager around the Orlando area. She is proficient at the chain of communication between manager, owners, vendors, and residents.

Bilingual in English and Spanish means Karla can communicate well with many clients from different backgrounds. She is vastly experienced at assisting investors acquire good rent paying investment properties.

Rafael Armenta

Accounting Assistant

Previously to working at TrustHome Properties, Rafael worked in property management support in Texas, so he has a good grounding and experience of providing excellent customer service support to residents and property owners.

He is especially knowledgeable regarding maintenance and repairs, as well as bringing a wealth of experience with invoice processing, billing and account resolution. Rafael is a musician and sings in both English and Spanish!

Tamsyn Ryan

Resident Services Coordinator

Tamsyn is a much travelled young professional with a background in the legal and marketing field she understands very well the need for detail and presenting great rental properties.

She is a valued member in supporting our property management team. Watch out for her original English accent too!

Megan Williams

Business Development Manager /Realtor®

With more than 20 years of experience in residential property management and sales in Central Florida, including owning her own investment properties, Megan has the perfect background and knowledge to assist owners and landlords.

She will confidently assist owners through all processes of professional property management and work closely with local Realtors to ensure their clients are in the best hands during the time they retain their investment portfolio. Megan is also an expert in the acquisition of rental properties for investors and identifying income producing target properties.

Melissa Dietz-Levering

Property Manager/Realtor

Melissa has been in the Property Management business for twenty years. She grew up here in Central Florida and has great knowledge of Orlando and the surrounding areas.

She has encompassed all aspects of Property Management from communicating with our owner’s, tenants and vendors to assure that any issues that may arise are swiftly resolved. Melissa is known as a friendly Property Manager that goes out of her way to help tenant’s in any way that she can and keeps all line of communication open.

Stephanie Melendez

Property Manager/Realtor

Going back to 2011, Stephanie has been associated with THP for over 12 years now, learning many of the various roles within our company of back office administration, front line leasing and day to day managing of rental properties. Being fluent in both English and Spanish has proved a great asset in developing her skill sets to assist property owners, renters and vendors alike.

Alexa Orellana

Resident Services Coordinator

A knowledgeable Administrative Assistant with years of experience working alongside the executive team of multiple companies. Alexa uses those skills of organization and responsiveness to assist our residents and owners on a daily basis.

Alexa is also bilingual and a great asset in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to solve, communicate and work hard to succeed in every task.

Susana Canedo

Leasing Admin Assistant

Susana is often the first person whom new residents speak to as she helps our leasing team with the initial application and screening processes. Susana will guide our new applicants through becoming a new THP resident and how best to enjoy their stay at one of our properties. Susana is fluent in both English and Spanish and is keen to assist and answer questions.

Dawn Slaughter

Property Manager/Realtor

Dawn is an accomplished Manager offering 10 years of professional experience in Residential Property Management. Delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent Gold Key Certified customer service.

She brings years of hard work, expertise and local knowledge to the Trust Home Properties team.

Kirsten Cantello

Property Manager/Realtor

Kirsten Cantello has over 20 years’ experience in every area of real estate from property management, real estate sales and association management in the northeast US, SW Florida and now in Orlando.

She provides comprehensive and personalized services to property owners and tenants. She leverages her knowledge, skills, and network to help clients achieve their goals and protect their interests, while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards. Gloriluz Feliciano

Gloriluz, has a proven track record in real estate, having worked for one of the area’s largest brokerages and then a smaller more bespoke brokerage as well. Experienced in all aspects of property management, Glori has dialled in and focused on residential property management as her field of expertise.
