As a young couple renting our first apartment together, we were struggling to get approved due to our lack of rental history. We recently leased our property thru THP after we moved from another company. Previously our property was on the market for over 3 months and we had all the excuses why it never rented. We had an issue with some dead/dying trees near the house that were posing risks of various types. When I mentioned it to Gus, our new property manager, he immediately sent out a vendor to check into it which resulted in the hazardous trees being removed shortly after. Gus also communicated with us regarding each step of the process, which I definitely appreciated.

Mark has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and investment property world. He started managing his own investment portfolio more than 25 years ago, giving him a thorough perspective as both an owner and a property manager. 

Mark previously spent 16 years as an accountant in private practice, and is keen on ensuring owners’ assets are looked after and yielding good financial returns. Known for his straight forward sound advice and “no nonsense” style, Mark is regularly asked for advice and opinions by investors prior to them making property purchases and acquisitions. Mark was one of the first people in Florida to receive the prestigious PRM (Professional Residential Manager) designation.

Graham liaises with our international clients, who are often based in the UK and Europe. He has many years of experience in the property management field both in the USA and Europe dating back to the 1980s. 

Graham has assisted many owner transitions from short term to long term rentals in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. His unique experience is an asset for assisting absentee clients with education and understanding of running investment properties here in Florida. Thorough follow up and a high degree of detail are but a few of Graham’s highly sought after assets by clients from across the globe. Graham supervises the leasing and property management teams at THP.

Pam is TrustHome Properties longest serving employee and oversees the day-to-day financial functions of the office. With 30+ years financial management experience, Pam is very detail oriented and excels on keeping financial matters all up-to-date.

She is the main point of contact for queries of a financial nature relating to the company itself and of a corporate finance nature.

Karla has many years of experience as a residential property manager around the Orlando area. She is proficient at the chain of communication between manager, owners, vendors, and residents.

Bilingual in English and Spanish means Karla can communicate well with many clients from different backgrounds. She is vastly experienced at assisting investors acquire good rent paying investment properties.

Michelle has gained a wealth of experience in determining the best fit between residents and the properties we have available.  Her diligence ensures residents and owners have the best experience possible during each step, from application to signing the lease to move-in.  

Previously to working at TrustHome Properties, Rafael worked in property management support in Texas, so he has a good grounding and experience of providing excellent customer service support to residents and property owners.

He is especially knowledgeable regarding maintenance and repairs, as well as bringing a wealth of experience with invoice processing, billing and account resolution.  Rafael is a musician and sings in both English and Spanish!

Gus is a renowned property manager in the Central Florida region having over 12 years experience and having served as the President of the NARPM CFL chapter. He is industry recognized and a very strong member of our property management team. Gus also has also served our country honorably, being a former US Marine.

A knowledgeable Administrative Assistant with years of experience working alongside the executive team of multiple companies. Alexa uses those skills of organization and responsiveness to assist our residents and owners on a daily basis.

Alexa is also bilingual and a great asset in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to solve, communicate and work hard to succeed in every task.

Susana is often the first person who residents speak to as she helps our property management team with the initial application processes through to the daily resident communications. Susana will guide our THP residents on how best to enjoy their stay at one of our properties. Susana has learned the business from being the initial assistant to leasing admin and now performs a more comprehensive role for our residents. Susana is fluent in both English and Spanish and is keen to assist and answer questions.

Dawn is an accomplished Manager offering 10 years of professional experience in Residential Property Management. Delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent Gold Key Certified customer service.

She brings years of hard work, expertise and local knowledge to the Trust Home Properties team.

Kirsten Cantello has over 20 years’ experience in every area of real estate from property management, real estate sales and association management in the northeast US, SW Florida and now in Orlando.

She provides comprehensive and personalized services to property owners and tenants. She leverages her knowledge, skills, and network to help clients achieve their goals and protect their interests, while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating long-term relationships with her clients.

Gloriluz, has a proven track record in real estate, having worked for one of the area’s largest brokerages and then a smaller more bespoke brokerage as well. Experienced in all aspects of property management, Glori has dialled in and focused on residential property management as her field of expertise. She enjoys helping investors run successful rental portfolios and also increase their holdings when opportunities arise.

After taking a career break, Rose returned to THP as our Office Supervisor, bringing with her prior experience as a Property Manager with the company. With a strong background in residential property management, leasing , operations, and client relations, she plays a key role in supporting both the administrative team and property managers to ensure smooth day-to day operations. Outside of work, Rose is an avid tennis player, traveler, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Knowledgable and experienced, both as a Landlord himself and a real estate professional managing properties for others; Jon has a unique perspective of how best to assist and advise Landlords and rental property owners to achieve the best returns on their investment. Jon is keen to assist owners to increase their portfolios and preserve value of their investments.
