We had an issue with some dead/dying trees near the house that were posing risks of various types. When I mentioned it to Gus, our new property manager, he immediately sent out a vendor to check into it which resulted in the hazardous trees being removed shortly after. Gus also communicated with us regarding each step of the process, which I definitely appreciated.
