We pay a referral fee to licensed Agents for the following:
LONG TERM
- Referral of a new Owner for property management & leasing services, where we secure a long-term management contract and place a qualified resident in the property.
- Referral of resident who (after you, as their agent have shown the property) completes an application, is qualified & approved and signs a binding long-term lease for rental of one of our properties.
SHORT TERM & VACATION RENTALS
- Referral of a new Owner for Short Term and Vacation Rental property management services, referral fees are paid once the account is onboarded successfully and booking income has commenced.
We offer a listing guarantee that in the event the Owner you referred to us later wishes to sell the property; we refer them back to you for the sales listing so your listing is protected!

I must say I'm very pleased to say that I've dealt with many people over the years in getting a rental property and hands down Jocelyn and michelle been extremely helpful in this venture. I'm impressed by their customer service skills, very polite ,attentive,answered all questions and very informative. they do go above and beyond to make sure they get the best tenants and everything is completely legit and it's all done in a timely fashion. Being cheated out of rent for 3 consecutive months from previous tenants who were recommended to me by word of mouth, I was then referred to TrustHome Properties by my personal and trusted tax advisor who also uses their services with KARLA being his agent.. KARLA was very highly referred and recommended to me by him based on his years of professional experiences in dealing with her renting his properties. Well!! Well! He sure was right . I must say I am impressed by the verification process of TrustHome properties. It’s a lot of security checks but its obviously to make sure they have the best tenants. The “extensive” screening process will make sure others living on the premises are qualified tenants like myself. The leasing agent Jocelyn was very polite, quick to respond and kept the application process moving smoothly. (It was 4 of us applying). I had no issues viewing the property on my own time - and was happy I did not have to schedule with someone to do it. I must apologize for having the 4 of us (applicants) bombarding with questions! Lol. But I appreciate the level of professionalism when addressing our concerns. - Kaye R

I have worked with TrustHome Properties for over 10 years now which should tell you all you need to know as there is nothing like time for the true test of consistantly delivering. I am an overseas landlord so having peace of mind that you are in good hands in paramount. More recently I have been working with Michelle Gutierrez who has done a great and timely job in finding qualified and suitable tenants for the my investment property which is always important to keep the investment income ticking over. On the properjty management side I have been working with Regina Salgado who has also been excellent in managing some fairly unique and quite often obscure problems at the property. These were mainly around maintenance issues and needed some thought to get to the bottom in order to avoid excessive numbers of contractors and invoices and grateful for taking that personal approach. Thank you to both of you!
