How do you protect me from having to evict a tenant?

What if the rent is paid late?
We have a fair and consistent rental collection policy that all of our tenants understand before they move into a home. For a small fee, we also have a rental protection plan that covers your rental income in the unlikely event that your tenant falls behind or stops paying rent.
How do I know if you’re the right property manager for my investment?
We’re just as selective with our owners as we are with our tenants. We provide a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory phone call in which we’ll talk about your properties and what you need. If we each decide we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward.

Tenant FAQs
How much do I need to move in?
Each property comes with different deposit requirements. The listing should indicate what the security deposit will be. We’ll talk about the total that’s owed before you move in.
Can I move in with my dog?
Many of our rental properties are pet-friendly, but we also have restrictions. Let us know if you have a dog, cat, or other pet before you schedule a showing.
What happens if something at the property breaks?
We like to know about maintenance issues and repair needs right away. If it’s an emergency, call our 24-hour hotline. If it’s a routine maintenance request, submit the online form through your tenant portal.
How do I pay the rent and when is it due?
Rent is always due on the first of the month, and we provide many different ways to pay. Most of our tenants enjoy the security and the ease of paying online. Simply go to your tenant portal and pull up your account. You can pay with a debit card, credit card, or bank account.
What happens when the lease is over?
Towards the end of your lease term, we’ll talk to you about whether or not we want to offer a lease renewal. At this time, we’ll go over the new lease terms and talk about any increase in rent.
