Jose has extensive experience in Central Florida property management and is responsible for being the initial point of contact for new owners and investors looking to become a client with our firm. Jose has a proven track record and vast knowledge which is invaluable to owners when making decisions regarding who manages their property and which properties to buy. Outside of work, Jose is an avid cyclist and enjoys his time relaxing and learning more about real estate trends.

Graham liaises with our international clients, whom are often based in the UK and Europe. He has many years of experience in the property management field both in the USA and Europe dating back to the 1980’s . Graham has assisted many Owner transitions from short term to long term rentals in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Graham’s unique experience is an asset for assisting absentee clients with education and understanding of running investment properties here in Florida. Thorough follow up and a high degree of detail are but a few of Graham’s highly sought after assets by clients from across the globe. Graham runs our South Orlando office, located in Hunters Creek, which oversees the locations in South West Orlando. These locations include Kissimmee, Celebration, Hunters Creek, Windermere, Davenport and Clermont to name a few.

Mark has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and investment property world. He started managing his own investment portfolio more than 20 years ago, giving him a thorough perspective as both an owner and a property manager. Mark previously spent 16 years as an accountant in private practice, and is keen on ensuring Owners’ assets are looked after and yielding good financial returns. Known for his straight forward sound advice and “no nonsense” style, Mark is regularly asked for advice and opinions by investors prior to them making property purchases and acquisitions. Mark was one of the first people in Florida to receive the prestigious PRM (Professional Residential Manager) designation.

Pam is Warner Quinlan’s longest serving employee and oversees the day to day financial functions of the office. With 30+ years financial management experience, Pam is very detail oriented, and excels on keeping financial matters all up-to-date and in minute detail. Pam is the main point of contact for queries of a financial nature relating to the company itself and of a corporate finance nature.
Danielle is an enthusiastic and innovative professional with extensive experience providing administrative support. She joins Warner Quinlan overseeing the day-to-day office operations. Prior to her position with WQ she served as an Administrative Support Specialist in the fields of Investment Real Estate and Education. Having worked as an administrative assistant for over 10 years she understands the level of professionalism, communication and leadership required for long term success. Danielle is also English-Spanish bilingual.
Jason is an experienced property coordinator with nearly 20 years experience, gained in the residential market in Texas. Now relocated whilst bringing his work experience to the central Florida market Jason still continues to be an exiled Cowboys fan!
Michelle is the first point of contact, Michelle has developed many abilities and one of them is she acknowledges our client’s needs. Being bilingual in both English and Spanish, she has excellent communication. She loves spending time with her family during her free time.
As our Leasing Co Ordinator, Ashley truly understands the importance of filling vacancies quickly, yet having the RIGHT tenants and making sure they are suitably back ground checked. This appreciation stems from her background in leasing from apartment buildings and the need for fast and efficient communication to ensure resident satisfaction. Ashley is methodical and seeks to achieve positive results with her pleasant manner. Ashley’s interests involve concerts, beach activities and hanging out with family and friends
Field Services Coordinator
Mick Lewis comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, and over a decade of that in event management. He has a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies and Linguistics from the University of Central Florida, and a Masters in Business Management from Campbellsville University. Recently, he added the incredible achievement of being a published novelist to his list of accolades.
Marketing and New Business Coordinator/Realtor
As a realtor with a background in sales and also 8 years as an accountant, Ceara understands that a mix of customer service and financial returns is what the modern rental property owner is seeking. She is therefore ideally placed to assist landlords and owners with our service offerings and what benefits they have. Ceara will often be the first point of contact for new clients to THP.
Property Manager /Realtor
Laura has many years’ experience as a residential property manager and worked previously in the single family and association management field. At THP she is one of our property owner’s go to people for daily contact regarding their rental property. Problem resolution is something she prides herself on for clients.
Previously to working at TrustHome Properties, Rafael worked a property management support in Texas, so he has a good grounding and experience of providing excellent customer service support to residents and property owners. Especially regarding maintenance and repairs.
New Business Coordinator / Realtor
Eric has a background of quality and organization in his previous career. Having served in the military and done multiple tours, he has learned patience, understanding and the skill of listening to what people want or need. This serves him well in assisting new clients who need our service and who may be unfamiliar with our industry and/or terminology. Eric receives consistently good feedback on his customer service skills and follow-up. Outside of the office Eric is a keen fisherman and has a young family.
Cynthia is a vastly experienced residential property manager familiar with all aspects of leasing and managing residential rentals. She prides herself on being prompt and responsive and has many satisfied clients. Cynthia loves what she does and does it with great enthusiasm! She also is talented on the hobbies and crafts front in her spare time.
An expert in the communities and properties of South Orlando , Kissimmee and the Four Corners/Four counties areas. Regina has many years in the industry with other brokerages and adds vast experience to the THP team. Regina also works with owners to develop and increase their rental property portfolios thru acquisition.
