We want to make the leasing process easy on your new tenants. We also need to ensure that they understand their responsibilities and all of our high expectations.
Discussing the Lease
Setting your tenant up for success is an important part of how we manage your property and the leasing process. We’ll meet to discuss the most important terms of the lease, including the rent collection policy, the maintenance reporting procedures, and all of the rules and regulations that come with making your property their home. We answer all of your tenant’s questions and provide any support or resources they need.
Collecting Move-In Funds
We ask for the first month’s rental payment when your tenant signs the lease agreement, and we also collect the security deposit in accordance with all of Florida’s laws around where we hold that deposit and how we communicate about it. If there’s a pet moving into the home, we’ll collect pet fees, too. Protecting your finances is just as important as protecting your property, and our online payment system allows for ease, convenience, and security.
Move-In Inspections
Before your new Orlando tenant takes possession of the property, we conduct a complete inspection that documents the condition of the property. This will help us throughout the lease term and especially at the end of the lease, when your tenant is moving out. We’ll be able to compare the condition then to the condition now, at the point of move-in, and make any necessary deductions from the security deposit.
